What is Topgolf?

We offer an inclusive, high-tech golf game that everyone can enjoy. Paired with an outstanding food and beverage menu, comfortable hitting bays and music, every Topgolf has an energetic hum that you can feel right when you walk through the door. A great success in the US, United Kingdom and other countries, Topgolf Jakarta is the second Topgolf venue in Southeast Asia.

What health & safety standards are you implementing?
At Topgolf Jakarta, the health and safety of our Players and Playmakers is our #1 priority. We are committed to maintaining a clean, welcoming and fun environment to keep our Players and Playmakers healthy and safe. The hitting bays are safely spaced, with 11 feet from tee to tee, to ensure a spacious and safe experience for all Players.
Can I just come in for food and drinks?
Of course! Come in any day for a drink, food, or to watch a game at our LARGE screens. There’s always something happening at Topgolf.
What makes Topgolf so high-tech?
Our patented technology allows you to track your golf ball and accurately score each shot based on the target it enters. Which also means we can’t get into the details of how it actually works.
Are you open during holidays?
Yes. We’re open 365 days per year. Some years even 366 days!
How much does it cost?
Topgolf gameplay prices depend on the day of the week and time. Keep in mind, our pricing is by per bay per hour, not per person. All bay prices are prorated based on time of play.
How many people can play at once?
Up to 6 players can be in a bay and play. For safety reasons, only one person can be hitting at one time.
Are there any age restrictions?
Anyone under 16 years old must be supervised by a Player above 21 years old at all times.
Do you allow pets or service animals?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly venue, and pets are welcome in our designated pet-friendly area. As for service animals, we fully comply with the law and welcome them to assist Players with disabilities throughout the entire venue.
Do you take reservations?
We sure do! You can reserve a single bay (for 1-6 people) by clicking *here*. To book multiple bays (for 7+ people), call us at +62 21 31172222. You can also book a table at one of our bars and restaurants. Feeling spontaneous? Walk-in Players are always welcome, so come on in!

Do you have any vegetarian options?
Yes, several items on our menu are vegetarian or can be modified to be vegetarian.

Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
Outside food and/or drinks are not permitted in our venue. The only exception is for store bought cakes for birthdays or other celebrations.
VENUE
Do you have parking?
Yes, we provide car and motorbike parking for Topgolf Jakarta Players, at an hourly cost. Overnight parking is not allowed from 12:00 am onwards.
Do you guys serve alcohol and food?
Absolutely! Topgolf Jakarta has a range of bars and restaurants, serving anything from local brews to classic cocktails and a chef-driven menu led by an accomplished Executive Chef. With shareable portions and fresh, high-quality ingredients, you’ll find the food and drinks as enjoyable as the games. Once you have settled down in your bay, our Bay Hosts will be happy to serve you all the food and drinks that you want, while you play!
Do you have areas for kids?
Topgolf Jakarta is a family-friendly venue that is great for people of all ages. However, our third level hitting bays are for Players 18 years old and above.
Do you have a golf academy?
Yes we do! We teach everyone to play golf, alone or in a group.
Topgolf Academy is a modern, fully equipped training center located inside Topgolf Jakarta. On the ground floor, walk all the way to the right and you’ll see our amazing academy.
Do you have a pro shop?
We have Topgolf merch, gloves, and some golf apparel in our lobby. They are great for souvenirs and gifts! For golf clubs and other specialized items, other shops may be better equipped.
Do you close due to bad weather?
Unless it’s an extreme weather event, nothing can stop you from having a good time at Topgolf Jakarta, not even rain or snow (though we don’t expect that in Jakarta anytime soon…). Topgolf Jakarta has covered hitting bays that are also fitted with fans.
How much does it cost to rent the golf clubs?
At Topgolf Jakarta, all our clubs are complimentary to use during game play. We have clubs for men, ladies, left-handers, right-handers, kids, and toddlers for your convenience. You can also upgrade your clubs or bring your own.
ACADEMY
Can I sign up alone or do I need to have a group?
Come alone or with your friends and join our weekly group classes. Got your gang already? Contact us and we will find a suitable time for your group.

What is the starting date of the group classes?

Can I just show up at a class or do I need to register in advance?
Our group passport classes are very popular, and we always strive to keep the group fun. We therefore ask you to register in advance so it guarantees a spot for you and you won’t miss all the fun!
How many students per group class?
We limit each class to a maximum of 6 Players per group, so our coaches can help everyone improve their swing and provide the best experience.
Do the classes come with food and drinks?
Our Topgolf Academy classes exclude food and drinks. However, we have a yummy à la carte menu, so you can satisfy your cravings while perfecting your golf game, the Topgolf way.
I don’t have my own clubs. Now what?
No problem! We got a full set of clubs for every student, included in the lesson price.
